I think youre gonna literally rofl when I tell you this. The arrow are actually made from a 99 cent flagpole, illustration board, hotglue (for raised designs), and craft foam.

the curve part? you mean the head (tip) of the arrow? Thats made from Craft Foam.

you talking about the bow? (which is the Larger piece) or the Arrow? (the skinny smaller part)

Yes, i'm talking about the bow, it's curvy, my doubt is how you do it, what did you use to make that effect.

OH! In that case! I cut out the shape of the bow on Illustration board and epoxy glued it like crazy on tightly on the PVC pipe (which shall be your inside base too!). Then I plaster wrapped it in about 5 to 4 layers and then I used some plaster of paris to coat it smoothly (cause Plaster wrap alone isnt Sandable). Sanded it down and then I spray painted it Gold. The silver parts are made from craft foam coated in Elmers glue and hot glued it on.
